San Galgano Mon Amour

I’ve had the privilege of capturing some of the most beautiful moments in a lot of people’s lives and lots of them where in Abbazia di San Galgano.

The couple, who had traveled all the way from London to get married in Italy, had chosen one of the most enchanting venues in the region sinceSan Galgano Abbey is a breathtaking 13th-century abbey nestled in the Tuscan hills, surrounded by rolling hills and fields of sunflowers, it’s a perfect place to exchange vows and celebrate love.

The ceremony was held in the abbey’ under the sun (there is no roof here!) and was decorated with beautiful flowers. The couple looked absolutely stunning as they exchanged their vows under the warm Tuscan sun and I could see the love and happiness in their eyes, it was a true honor to be able to capture those moments for them.

After the ceremony, we took a short walk to the abbey for some couple portraits. The light was perfect, and the ancient architecture provided a stunning backdrop for the photos. The couple was so in love and easy to work with making my job as a photographer all the more enjoyable.

As we made our way back to the reception venue, Agriturismo Terre di San Galgano, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for being able to witness such a beautiful wedding.

The guests enjoyed a delicious meal of traditional Tuscan cuisine, accompanied by local wines and live music. The atmosphere was filled with joy and laughter, and it was evident that everyone was having a great time.

As the night drew to a close, I looked through the photos that I had taken throughout the day and I was reminded once again of why I love being a wedding photographer and how lucky I am to be able to witness such beautiful moments in people’s lives.

In conclusion, this wedding at Abbazia di San Galgano in Tuscany was truly magical and I am so grateful to have been a part of it. The venue, the couple and the atmosphere were all perfect, making it an unforgettable day for everyone involved.

I consider myself a San Galgano specialist since I’ve shot dozens of weddings there and I can’t wait to capture many more beautiful moments there in the future and to continue being a part of the love stories of couples from all over the world.
