As a professional wedding photographer I have the honor of being hired to capture some of the most beautiful moments in people’s lives and last summer I was hired to capture a secret wedding proposal at Sassa al Sole, a breathtaking location in Tuscany.
Sassa al Sole is a truly magical place. The rolling hills, the stables behind, the view and the light makes it the perfect location for a romantic proposal.
I’m always excited to work here because of the stunning backdrops that make every shot so beautiful and the staff at Sassa al Sole is super friendly and always makes my job easier, I really appreciate them a lot.
On the day of the proposal, the couple arrived at Sassa al Sole and asked for a special spot with a lot of privacy, the groom-to-be was nervous, but also very excited, and I could tell that he had put a lot of thought into every detail of this special moment. I was hidden behind the bushes and then I stepped in saying that I had to take some pictures for the location’s website and I just needed a nice couple having a drink together as the final pictures.
That was the signal for him to start the proposal and despite missing the sunset since they got a little late, the light was still beautiful and I was able to capture some emotional shots. The groom-to-be got down on one knee, and the bride-to-be was completely surprised and overjoyed as he slipped the ring onto her finger I captured a moment they will preserve for a lifetime
It was an emotional moment for everyone involved and I was honored to have been a part of it. As a professional wedding photographer it’s moments like these that make my job so special. Capturing the love and joy of couples in such a beautiful place is truly a privilege and I feel lucky to have been able to do it at Sassa al Sole.
In the end, the couple was thrilled with the photos, and I felt proud to have been able to capture such a special moment for them. Working at Sassa al Sole is always a pleasure, and this proposal was no exception, I can’t wait to see what other beautiful moments I’ll be able to capture at this magical location in the future.
